d500 charging on its own


hi friends
does anybody have or know the charging ways of d500....i have 1 that shows charging on its own..i have changed the j2 diode and all the other small components around it...any clue?

i have c100. when powered it says battery empty. when the battery is used in a good c100 the bat is full. i have flashed and changed u202 still the same. pl help if u have a solution. thanks

open the pin (leg) near side the + (positive) pin disconnet from board ur problem 100% solve & ur phone perfect work but non show battery symbol after that solution

that solution did not work for me too.
try this solution
warning: if only remove filter and not change, phone WILL WORK OK, but no longer communicate with computer(you can no longer flash/read phone)

give the filter as posted by zullu2004 a good clean with cleaning solution (with a toothbrush) seems to get corrosion under filter,i had already cleaned pcb in ultrasonic bath but it did not fix it but after a good srub with a brush it worked fine.

i applied little fluxm on ic U500 AND THEN SLITLY SHAKE THE IC..
ALSO RESOLDER ALL THE CHARGING CONNECTOR PIN..
ITS 100% OK NOW..

well...let's clear it up !!!!!!!!!

Most likely is Vbat+ shorted to VExt(charging pin) , hence charging still takes place even no charger is actually plaugged in ...so to cure that ...simply clean/remove Sytem connector and proceed inspection straight to the Charging Circuit ...which makes sense from a technical point of view ..and this holds true whenever u have such a problem ,regardless ur phone model/brand.
