Is restarting after you turn him on or is restarting after couple of minutes.
If is restarting when you turn him on the only way to fix this is to flash d500 with new firmware.

on i powerd on fone it 2 r 3 minuts its hang on and restarted

try heating or changing 2 long black ics just above charging unit it may work
