Thumbs down E250 LCD problem and strangest problem

hi all.

got from a client an E250 (let me call it phone A) that once powered up shows the screen mixed up. at first i thought it was the flex but was not, changed the screen and still the same. Flashed it but still the same. Then i tried to use another brand new working SAME model (let me call it phone B) and exchange parts and this is where i got really confused and stranded

I used the upper part together with flex from Phone B with the board of phone A and the result was NO POWER. Used the flex and upper part of Phone A on the board of Phone B and result was sound only. Changing the flex that was used in Phone B resulted in no power. Replacing the original flex in phone B powered it up ok. Definetly even if its the same model there is some mismatch in them. I guess that Phone A needs another type of screen that is not compatible with the normal ones. The problem is which is it and how can i know?

Anyone can shed some light on this problem pls?

thanks
