hi i have above mentioned samsung problem and it make sound like one of the key is functioning by it self and the set is switching on and off automatically please helppp.

i believe you clean the pcb good...anyway ..desolder the termistor(all) it is on keypad face pcb near led resistance...maybe work...b.r. ovigsm

now let me take you to your question;
1.which of the key is working on its own"?
2.the phone comes on/off, how long does it stay b4 it goes off and agian?
am waiting so as to help.
