How to replace LCD - Samsung t209 - GSM-Forum

I have a couple of Samsung t209 phones, one got dropped, the other fell in a lake. The phone that went into the lake turns on but reboots, in an endless cycle. The dropped phone works, but the LCD does not come on.

I was hoping to swap the LCD screens, and see if I can get 1 good phone.

Someone tell me how to Change the LCD?
or fix the endless reboot phone?

also, there are 4 screws in the battery compartment, you remove those, and press two clips in the middle, but the top part of the case is still stuck. How do you get the bottom of the phone apart?

ok, I figured out how to get the bottom part off (broke a clip in the process),
After you take out the screws, and release the two middle catches, it slides down and off.
Then the LCD has two screws hidden under two dots,

Now what? How does the LCD come out?
