lcd problem sm-g800f - GSM-Forum

Hello,
I have a problem on a mini samsung s5.
LCD does not work, even if this is new.
I can not attach the photo, but I think it lacks a dial.
the component is located just above the right of the battery connector, and is visible even without desoldering the cage.
the component in question has a black dot.
can someone help me?

It could be a emi filter? Can anyone tell me where to find him and his ability ?

Thank you for your answer , I'm not sure it's a EMI , his welding is like a normal capacitor , on two pitches , the component is gray , with a dot ...
