Question Samsung a226B (A22 5G)

Hello
The phone has problems with charge when it is off. I plug in the charger and the phone shows a ray draw during a second and then it turns off, and it repeats the same always.

Nevertheless, the phone charges well when it is on. That is, it even gets fast charging when it is on. Besides, it connects to the computer quickly and well and I can send pictures to it.

So USB_DM and USB_DP both work fine and the 5V gets to the charging ic.

I think that may be problems with usb_Dm, Dp, to get to charging ic? But I test it and it is not the problem.

Is there any signal from charging ic to cpu that tells cpu to show the battery percentage and starts the quick charge when the phone is off? It is the only possibility that remains
