samsung champ c3300 unplg charger - GSM-Forum

i have samsung c3300(champ) the problem is when i plug charger or usb cable( with pc ) it shows "battery fully charged unplug charger" but battery has 2 or three cells evenmore i changed few batteries chargers but same problem
please tell me what to do?

brother charging conector is not connect properly...

i tried by reset(*2767*3855#) it worked for few days working well so i thought problem was solved , but today customer bought it again with same problem i reset it again but problem not solved sometimes it shows same error sometimes there is no response of charging

charging connecter is perfectly connected to the board ,phone is in brand new condition

ans : change the charging socket 80% success
