Galaxy II,

few customers already had this problem, while the phone charging it overheats and the screen cracks.

It's this a common problem?

It's there a service bulletin about it?

any solution ?

Dude i work for samsung , heating while charging is mainly coz of faulty usb jack but i havent encountered any cracked display i, change the usb jack fpcb ur heating pblm will be solved . . .
