also i have 385 with + to - and - to +

so i plug in my power supply and i have no power draw at 4 volts...after pressing the power button i have 60 mA draw..nothing else

so far i have test and messure capacitors and didnt find someone damaged.

what you think for my problem?

Put the power supply voltage at 4.3v and check
Or you can as well use freeze spray 75 it will show you faster heating ic and components

My advice for you :
Software:
Flash a boot file
Hardware:
1- clean your motherboard with ultrasonic cleaner with tiner liquid
2- check input and output voltage for power ic (pmic) same as schematic
3-resolder power ic(pmic) using past not flux not a long duration cause past can not stand longer time like the flux and of course you know the difference between this two
4-use z3x jtage to repaire emmc
5-replace emmc

i have the same power draw at 4.3 so the heating procces is slow...

i really need the schematic to anderstand the current path and all that...or the schematis of the power ic atleast
