Samsung i9505 not power on


Hi,samsung S4 GT-i9505 phone suddenly turns off and now its not turning on,cleaned all pcb with iso but no results,when i put charger its heating something inner side (bottom the) memory card.

can anybody help in this case please to trace out whats shorting here.thanks

plug it to a power supplier, and check the consumption, whitout press power button and pressing power button... take out memory and simcard

thanks its taking 0.04 on without power and also by pressing power button.

I received ic which was ordered,but I m thinking it's hard for me.its my first time experience to replace a IC .How hard is it u think bro?thnx

its very simple just reball and replace.

IN MY CASE
i can replace but i dont know where to buy the ic and reballing plate.
cos they dont sell in my country.

First time is not that easy, you can try with not working pcb, heat about 38o degrees and not too much air flow.

Just try it! you donīt have much to loose, any way the phone is not powering on!
