You need to do jtag or direct emmc to write boot. Look for this model if medusa or octoplus jtag supported, or do direct emmc if you have atf box. Dont ask about pinouts bcoz I dont have

In my knowledge if it's /01 that's mean software but if it's null/null will be hardware.
