Samsung omnia i900 charge problem - GSM-Forum

ok guys I have a problem here, my i900 omnia is not charging with the wall charger, but for some reason it charge with the usb cable. there is a solution for this problem? I checked the usb connector and looks fine. there´s no problem on physical connector.

The usb conncetor was replaced and still with the problem. any solution?

Solution work...exist of course...and also is wery simple and cheap for repair this problem

Sorry for posting in this dead thread, but I have a problem with the i900 charger too.
When I've bought the i900 the charger connector was broken, so I took it to a GSM service to be replaced, everything is fine, except that I need to hold the charger with the cable facing the upper part of the phone (the direction is shown with the red arrow) and I need to put a rubber on the phone and charger plug (as shown in the image with the blue line).

try to plug the charger first to phone, then plug the wall charger into the wall shocket. i tried this and solved the problem. all works well.

Thanks for the answer, but the connector was ripped of from the motherboard.
And who changed the connector didn't solder all the pins on the motherboard, so now I cannot connect the phone via USB. Let's not say that I don't have a previous Sync partnership with the i900 on my PC, so now I cannot Activesync, nor copy/paste files on the i900.
