i have had exactly the same trouble on my brand-new t100 but unfortunately don't know how to fix it. I have sent it to samsung to be repaired, but they failed to acknowledge the problem and so am now unsure what to do. The signal constantly fluctuates, and a lot of the time is too weak to receive incoming calls even when the LED continues to flash. My network has good coverage in my area but it happens wherever i go. Can somebody PLEASE help??
