Samsung X-600 Check Battery Temperature

Hi, A Samsung X-600 Which has a great problem. Initially It was dead. I removed the Charging IC. The Phone is on. It meant that the charging IC Short. I've changed the Charging IC. Then The phone is on but the battery bar is not shown on the display. Then i changed the U304 under the Sim Socket. The problem solved. Then When i put the charger into the charging socket then The message is shown "Check Battery Temperature". Now anyone will tell me that what should i do?

Hi all of you, I wan't to know that what should i do??? and reply me plzzzz.
Please be a proffessional n research about fault finding like this. I give you the example of myself. Please Don't concider only for making money. Give your expensive time to suggest with each other and research for gaining experiece. Thanks of you all of those guys who read this post.

hi br i think battery temperature is falt charging ics but u ask chang the change the charging ics problem is stil some sultion for me battery temperture i hope your problem is solved chak and try this sultion.
