Arrow Solution for x100 & x600 Low ringer Volume or ringtone sound

hi mates its my experience that there is no mic sound and ringer sound is very low and was cominig from speaker and i removed the aal the varistors near the HFree Jack and min and speaker and ringer but no effect and lastly i do as following as in picture
