I haven't been able to change the cable because I cannot find where to plug the screen connection block, the one to the keyboard is straight forward but perhaps I have something wrong as I haven't remove what is left of the old ribbon cable.
It seams to be a different cable to the replacement one I have. any further ideas including pictures would be good.

It consist of 3parts, (1)Big/small LCD with connector, (2)a connector bridge to (3)PCB board. To change the connector bridge, u NEED to dismantle the flip to change both.

It's not the case fitting its where does the new cable connect to the screens? The connection to the key pad is straight forward but there doesn't seam to be a connection to the screens the original damaged cable appears to differ from the new one I have
