U600 Color bar lines on screen. - GSM-Forum

Hi,
I got one U600 that has changing color lines on screen, sometimes the screen shows complete blurr picture. I changed flex cable but same problem.
I still think its flex problem. Is there any chance of software fault or reheating pcb needed?

hi am having same problem with 2 of the u600. some times they go total blue and some times you can see color bar lines on the screen. though every other function is working properly except this fault.
i have changed two flex ribbons and even the lcd but all in vain. any solution would be very appreciated. thx

You should try with fet U406.

no thats not sw fault. push lcd and then check if display pproblem or show flikers after pushing it so change lcd or 60% chance flex cable faulty

its not ribbon or lcd problem as i have checked with 2 lcd and 2 ribbons. but the result are same. it cant eve be the software problem as it has been tested with two different firmwares. must be a board problem. but i wonder why screen changing its color when we push it. any advise ????????
