U700V Problem signal but no send - GSM-Forum

i receive U700V who show Network signal, but no possible to send + receive call

1) I reset full setting
2) i Full flash with new firmware
3) i dissambly for check antenne connectivity 100% ok. i resolder and hot board
4) result = 0%
plz help wath is software or hadware ?
