2628 signal problem - GSM-Forum

Hi all!
I have one 2628 phone , it registers sometimes to the network but sometimes not and have signal level for few seconds. I have resoldered all parts but no success. What can be the proglem? Is it the Tx?

change rf processor - it is planar with 64 contacts
