You have to change dc/dc Converter and Emi Filter....

These 2 IC's dealing with display light. But before of that, change the display and clean its connector.

i think there is no any jumper trick for any light ic, bcos all light ic is work like as invertor. it generate voltage like invertor.

if possible post pcb pic of that phone with removed small ic.

may be i can reply by it. what iquilent ic for it.
