Eric R380s problem - GSM-Forum

hi!
I have problem with R380s: it`s power on (service light, sound) but LCD is blank, no backlight.
Aftrf powering On tochpad not work. PC comunicate is ok. I try reflash and upload new eeprom, result is same

Did any have same problem and knou hove to fix it?

Try to clean or change the lcd ruber contact band first ! good luck

LCD+PochPad is ok (tested on ather phone). Rehot pcb not help.
Strange is thet after powering on tochpad not work and whay no backlight?
