Ericsson 310 charging problem - GSM-Forum

I have R310 and it's does not want to charge totally empty battery (below 3.2 Volts). But if battery not total empty it start to charge it.
What is problem? Please help!

I hgink it is battery problem.
BUt I have another problem my 310 is not charging at all.
pls help
