When i start it only white display appears on it. Is software or hardware problem???

YES MOST PROBERLY SOFTWARE PROBLEM TRY TO FLASH,I HAD SAME PROBLEM WITH K800,
U CAN ADD ME TO MSN I WILL ONLINE SHORTLY I CAN HELP NP,

yes ,frist you can try run sw with any sw (mcu and FS)
after phone can power on good
only use credit for customize last part
if not help will need do hw part
