i want change k700 language .but when connect mobile to setool and press flash batton it is power on and not boot

One of these two glass ic's were damaged (or both of them). You must change them. First change the charging IC (N2400).

Only N2400 should be checked for it contains flash interface (Tx/Rx)..whereas N2300 has nothing to do with ..
