i have k800 but when i will connect to box for flash
can not connect
please help me

By which cable did u try to use?

If, USB DCU-60 then press and hold C button then connect cable.
If, Using comport then try to setting confirmation from device manager.

may be your phone can't synchrorise to PC, first, check and clean system connector, then check battery make sure full energy

hi mate use dcu 60 cable and just follow the instruction in the clip board.........
