K800i dead, help much appreciated

Hi,

I would really appreciate if someone could help me with this.

My K800i died all of a sudden. I receive one red flash when connecting charger. My battery is constantly at 3,36 V. It should be 3,6 V. Is that enough?

There is no white screen of flashing red. I did not try to flash it.

I really want to fix it because of the data in it.

Please give me some advice on how to determine the problem.

Nothing happens. I connected battery's + to phone's - and battery's - to phone's plus for a couple of seconds. PC and Wotan still do not recognize the phone. I still get ONE red blink after connecting the charger.

I will take the phone to a repair shop. The PC does not recognize the phone, so I cannot connect it. No software can recognize the phone.
