Remove buzzer from ribbon. Check resistance on buzzer. If nothing, then replace it. Same problem was in my phone.

IS the buzzer on a flex foil?

If so check the foil with a multimeter for broken parts

I got two phones with this fault. Buzzer itself is not working. I have no spare parts for this phone, where to get buzzer to get it work on this phone? Maybe from some other phone?

The Ringer /Speaker is faulty and has to be replaced.

since it is not yet available you will have to try /experiment with the same from other phones.
