what action do you take sir?

first try to program it with the use of sony update service

download it here
Update_Service_Setup-2.11.10.7.exe - 4shared.com - online file sharing and storage - download and run use usb cable and a full charge battery)

for refference only

first flash with same cid in se tool if not solve its mean hardware . 1 strip 2 lcd 3 change penal
