St18i no sound need help


HI TO ALL
i have a sony st18i with ringer problem it have no sound after drop
pleaz need help

sony xperia ray ST18i no sound
handsets fall / drop ..... try to dismantle the handset and before repositioning check one by one and shifted physical flexi cable connection
try changing its speakers
if you still like the original:
check the speaker connection with the sub PBA and flexi cable
zener diode checks his lines in V3500 and R9859 and R9860
check ic ampifier N3501 and track in C3514 and R3520
if still good .... replace N3501 and V3500
see the picture below (the position where the component)
