W300i flashing white screen - GSM-Forum

Hi all,
I'm wondering if anyone can help with the following problem.
My daughter dropped her phone and ever since then a white flashing screen appears when you turn it on and it won't do anything else.
Is there anything I can do to fix it or should I just take it back to the shop as it's still under 12 months old.
Any advice appreciated and thanks in advance.

hi flash it with onther file flash will be ok

if you flashed not ok, IC Ram is wrong, 100%

You can still avail Warranty if Scratches are not obvious. Just say phone was on Standby & it just went white screeen.

maybe the flex cable is the problem...

droped phone shoulad be a case of hardware man so check flex cable or lcd +display ic ,,,,, you will find the sulotion...............
