W300i No Signal,Done with my technique.... - GSM-Forum

Receive this phone(sony ericson w300i) in bad condition,no network.......

I studied and analized the schematic diagram and flow of lines like this......

Phone is quadband,what I need is only 900mhz and 1800mhz to work in my countyr(Philippines)...

here's antenna switch.....

Now, as i said, i don't have available parts,i tried antenna switch of Motorola C139, here's specification....

here's the diagram with label....

After analizing circuits of antenna switch C139, here's what i did......

a- remove antenna switch N1204(w300i),
b- place the antenna switch U17(C139), pin should be place in the upper area for easy jumper wiring...

wiring guide here....

here's result......

reminders:...this is not a 100% solution, its only an alternative solution if parts unavailable, much better original parts will replace.....

i think what that solution is so good, not is common, and do what another menber propuse diferent solution.
