hi,
my w550i showing charging error stop charging when insert the charger i try to flash it with cruiser but the problem is same. is that hardware problem charging voltage comes 3.4V to the battry connector.

yes i have try the another battry & charger but not helps.

have you try to claen charging socket wher charger pin contect touch.and pcb where charging connector contekt touch ? or reples it ?
