first test lcd. 2-test lcd socket 3-test connection between lcd socket and cpu,for this you can measure resistance between each lcd socket and gnd,if any are not resisit or & it is your problem

firstly you've to be sure that the problem is the LCD, be sure that the phone can make calls, if is good, "Setool3 and full flash"
