should i flash it?

smth with user code reset, error is :1
error while resetting user code.

i write gdfs,then this error appear.
what should i do?

what part when flashing w850 i cannot do?

you just change upper keybord your problem will solve i already try for mobile

i have w850 with slow start up then appear offline even though insert sim on it. then also appear handfree logo. any solution for it?
