w850i white screen - GSM-Forum

hi just wondering if you can help me, i have a w850i white screen but when you turn it on after 4 seconds it will turn on again then turn off, it keeps on doing that until it has battery charge,

any ideas tnx in advance!!

try to flash the phone and see if it works. if not then it is a hardware problem.

Might have 3 reasons...
1 LCD faulty..
2 Upper keypad membrane
3 Flex cable between slide parts...

My guess is that keypad membrane and/or flex cable cause this white screen..

The same problem, but the white screen stay one second and after reboot...
Have got the solution please...

tnx guys for the reply.....

i also have cruiser and tried flashing it using that some how its doing the same thing after flashing it....

btw: im kinda new on this and just doing it for fun, experimenting on my phone

any inputs will be appreciated.. tnx uys ope to get more answers

have u tried to flash the phone. flash it with main and fs and see if it works. normally it works for me on more then 80% cases.

try to reflash it with main and fs and post the logs if the problem remains
