A835 unlocked ok but... - GSM-Forum

Hi Max
i used win XP for unlock A835 simlock unlocked ok but sw can not unlock phone code and sw show message "connected to the phone,please waiting....." and sw still at this message
How do i do?

Have you install usb driver?

Got the Same problem too! My Phone is only detected in Bootloader Mode! And only in these Programs see that the Phone is connected but in Normal they can´t find my Phone: Victor GSm, PST Flash.

And when I normally turn it on it is only detected from Windows and from Motorola Mobile Phone Tools!

Thats everything what I can do!

What do I need for files! (Some Patches or do i need Service Pack 1 for my XP)

Help!

Uninstall the drivers, and instal them again!
I had the same problem.

because simlock already removed by my friend

Look here. Unlocking for a good Price! Mine is not Unlocked

I can´t fix Problem with Drivers!

Do I need SP1 for it or not!? And I found a Hotfix Patch for Windows "KB822603" Is this what I need?
