is it necessary to install sp2 for unimoto

Hello

My question is to all person that can unlock MPX200 without problem.I tried unlock it by my old pc That has win xp home edition Turkish.But I got error Access denied for Mpx200.Now I bought a new pc and I install it Win xp Pro English version.I did All my updates and also Service pack 2 But when service pack 2 update finish I restart my computer and it does not open.and I installed all of things again.This is 3. time I install Win xp and did all updates except SP2.I did not do it because i am sure that my sistem will fall dawn again.I tried to unlock MPX200 again now but i could not unlock it.It gave me same error again.I just want to know that did you install service pack 2 before using unimoto.The other models has no problem.If you say me to yes you have to install service pack 2 I will try again.If you can unlock MPX200 Without installing service pack 2 Ican say that the problem does not cause from Service pack 2.

Please I just want you to write your answers.I just want your ideas.

Unimoto has support? I Think No.I am Writing and I am Answering to myself again.I have witten many times about my MPX200 Unlocking problem."ACCESS DENIED FOR MPX200"but no one helped me.I just want to know is it necessary to install SP2 for unimoto.I think Itried everything to unlock it that I know.

"access denied . . ." - Talk to your reseller.
SP2 - No need for SP2. But, you need english version of windows, motorola drivers wont work with turkish, or italian .

I Did not understand what you mean to say "talk to your reseller" I installed win xp pro english to my new pc.I did all my updates after than I tried and got the same error.

"Access denied for mpx200" It means you need to talk to your reseller, so he can check where is problem.

also you need to have an unlimited account for the mpx if you have only bought few logs then thats why you were asked to ask your reseller.

Thanks for your reply.I Know that I have to buy unlimited account to unlock MPX200.and I Bought unlimited account.When I start program limit shows counter:99999 isn't this true for an unlimited account?

I can't take care because I am trying in about 1 month with this problem.and yesterday 2 new MPX200 customer came to me to unlock their phones.
