What happens with v2.22 Account Blocked - GSM-Forum

Hi,
what going on with v2.22 i want unlock 1 c450
users before you 1 ,
i´am waiting than connect to server,
server close connection,
then im press unlock again and my account is blocked!

I´am not do any ilegal action.
