I think problem is not on the bootloader, but the firmware itself. There are 06.3.6 boot version but not 91I that can be unlock w/o problem, only this version 91I can't be unlock....some sort of patch file i think will be the solution for this. Try to play around w/ both smart clip and usb smart combination but still can't unlock this 91i.

91i unlocking need some trick but not free..clue if you unlock it in usb-smart or smart clip fone unlock but keypad lights only.then its your turn to fine the next chapter.. NO PM pls
