A1200 dead!!! Need Help

Hi, a customer brought to my store a Motorola A1200. The customer tried to flash the A1200 without even knowing what software version he had or what type of A1200 he had. The phone is stuck in boot-loader mode.
I've been trying to flash many different *.pcf flashes but none of them seem to work, they all give me code group errors.

Is there a way of identifying which type of A1200 was it (A1200, A1200e, A1200r, A1200i) or what software it had?
