V3i MEM_MAP Blank Service Req'd ... please Help

Hallo
I tried to unlock my Moto V3i using my smart clip, S card & Moto Smart. I used the prepare phone section to try and unlock the Phone.

connected to the phone fine etc and the software did it's stuff, but now the handset will not boot up.
Alows showing me when i connect the batterie the MEM_MAP Blank Service Req'd
i tried to make Repair PDS or reflash or full flash with the same soft and
higher
but alows show me in the phone display error CRITICAL ERROR 80 40
and in samrtmoto

found S Flash Neptune LTE2, getting test interface... interface not found
Switching to flash mode

or

Reading phone boot version... A.30
Boot prepare... failed

or told me the phone can`t flshing because it not in boot mode

NOTE:
If there was any mistakes made during unlock process, and the handset is in "MEM_MAP Blank" mode, then "Prepare" process has to be repeated and the handset has to be flashed with reflash or full_flash file.
At the stage 11, handset screen might display a "Critical error" (Erasing flash memory error 80) message. Please, don’t be worried and strictly follow the instructions of SmartMoto.

In order to flash this set Prepare cycle has to be performed, just uncheck "unlock automatically" option.

The Phone locked to T-mobile Germany

@ aliraqi,

Fully charge the battery, power on the phone and run unlock procedure via Prepare cycle according to the manual.

Note: "Unlock automatically" option has to be checked.
