MEM_MAP Blank Service Req'd ----HELP----

Help,

I tried to unlock my Moto V360 using my smart clip, S card & Moto Smart. I used the prepare phone section to try and unlock the handset without test point.

connected to the phone fine etc and the software did it's stuff, but now the handset will not boot up.

It is stuck in boot loader the software is R4513_G_08.B7.56R_A.

The handset also says MEM_MAP Blank Service Req'd what is that, and how can I retrive the handset.

try to flash your phone with full flash & all will be ok

don´t need to flash phone
I have same issue a lot of times.
just don´t close smartmoto, don´t click on search phone and click Prepare one more time. If u press search or close soft it will not recognice the temporary backup.

i had same problem about 5 mins ago with a V3i saying MEM_MAP Blank Serivice required after trying to unlock without testpoint, only solution i had was to:-

1 - unlock via testpoint (phone will still have bootloader saying MEM_MAP Blank Serivice required)

2 - reassemble the phone andprepare the phone without the unlock tab ticked

and all should be ok,

worked for me

There is no need to perform any TestPoint in this case!


If there was any mistakes made during unlock process, and the handset is in "MEM_MAP Blank" mode, then "Prepare" process has to be repeated and the handset has to be flashed with reflash or full_flash file.

i had tested with v3x had this problem too, with "Prepare" repeated also no help but after full flash the phone is work & unlocked..

Try to make Repair PDS and after that Full Flash the handset.

what firmware version your phone originally had?
Try to flash the handset with exactly the same firmware that it had from the beginning.

Yes , i can repair PDS with TP and Fuul Flash the phone, more can´t repair Imei , have these error CRITICAL ERROR 80 40
