Any Problem During Flashing With Test Point Post Here................

Everyone having u any problem during flashing of any mot with test point post here...........................or any trying on that post the result here.................. thx

Hi :

I'm usually unlock moto phone's by click on "UNLOCK" button and it will do there JOB DONE !! I'm very HAPPY about SC is easy and FAST .. now the "TEST POINT" thing make me a little confuse

1. Do I have to do TEST POINT every moto phone's now , UNLIKE before so easily to be UNLOCK ????

2. Or is just for certian type of Moto phone's had to be DONE test point ???

3. What is "TEST POINT" purposes for ??? and how can I Connect it to "GROUND" ??? any picture's to show us how you do that ???

I know this might be a newbie questions , but hope someone can tell me more detial >> I love the SC v2.16 & Smartmoto v1.06 .. and don't really want to go more complicated to use it

no man only high ver need to unlock with tp.old boot loaders have same button unlock solution.
what is test point?4 making test point you need to open your phone and have to sold 1 wire to specific location shown at sc support sit and other end of wire to ground(groung you can use a yello metal shield inside your phone)and this is called test point
you can see all tp pictures at support.

Ohh ,OK .. can you tell me how to retrieve the Bootloader version by pressing keypad to find out ????

about the TP , you said SOLED one end of the wire into the SC pitcure said , and the other End wire goes to the "YELLOW MEtal" ??? which yellow metal ?? there is many of them inside the phone , is it the one next to TP ??

The schem for test point of V551 is not look like my V551 at all, lay out and components are all different. Have any one got this problem??

just press *#power button to gether then you ll see all info abt our phone.
and abt yello metal.you can see all around your hand set.you can use it 4 ground.

yeloow BIG metal ... the paper-clip like .... under the bottom of your v3 ..

or, my way is ... one end to the tp, one end to the USB port shield ..
