brand new V3r from O2 with no network - GSM-Forum

I flashed the phone with my reliable (unbranded flash file) flash file and it does not work. I manually select the network. will see signal and network registered, but when trying to make call I get called failed.

Please advise.

What boot and firmware versions the phone originally had?
