I need to flash a V3T from tmobile with firmware R3443U5_G_0E_C8_0CR with firmare lang R4515_G_08.BD.82R_lp0032_lng.mfw

will this work? has anyone tried it?

NO, i dont think the language pack will work but you could give it a try, it might go through but fail at the checksum

i check support and in the V3R folder only 0003 for the R3443U5
they are the same phone with the same A0.52 boot loader? when i unlock them i choose v3r with tp.

just the R3443U5 is for tmobile with the my faves and R4515 is unbranded?

what about R3443U2? these are the new grey and pink razrs from tmobile, can those be flashed with R4515 firmware?

Try to flash your V3t with V3i language pack. But please make a backup before this operation.

No dont flash it with R4515, it would brick your phone. Language should be fine but it will give you a checksum error because it isnt the same security area, but it should be fine

ok so i tested a grey v3r from tmobile that had R3443U2 Firmware on it and bootloader 0A.52. i flashed it with v3r firmware R4515 from support site with test point and when it was completed only keypad lights up.
it seems this wont work.. this ***** because alot of people want this phone unbranded and it seems since it is special tmobile firmware this cant be done.

the phone did flash back to the original backup just fine so it didn't damage the phone.

R3443 and R4515 are both V3r's but notcompatible in software.
V3R (R3443U2). 0A.50 / 0A.52 bootloader RSA protected
This model is the one typically sold by TMobile US.

you need an unbranding flex to flash to your phone and its the easiest way to go.
I have one unbranding flex, but I can't guarantee that you will not kill your phone.

R3443U2 specifically, but if u have R3443U5 its better....
