cannot update

using 9v adapter,both lights on when turn on power but directly when pressing connect the red goes off and getting clip not found.?

any idea.

1. disable parallel port polling option in smartmoto.. i have seen so many SC damaged by NOT disabling it

2. in smartmoto, select Smart-Clip, then select "Compatiblity" option. many computers can't use LPT at full speed or have older LPT ports.

it worked 4 me

Lpt was not set to epp in bios,that was my solution.
