E1070 not unlocked after tespoint unlock ??

Today I unlocked an E1070 via testpoint, smartmoto says unlocked ok but phone still asking for subsidy password ????

Anyone know whats wrong ?

Hi,

There are new version of E1070, So far i know only on the network 3. It seems this version is like the C975 91i.... version which is still locked after unlock.

We can try to flash it with latest firmware then unlock, But pls firstly read flash and send it to support.

Please show log file, don't forget to hide seial number.

Also,please specify what boot and firmware versions the phone has and tell us what OS you are using.

Hi I have really screwed this up !! I tried to unlock an E1070 on 3 UK, it said done OK but it wasn't unlocked, tried to do PDS repair, then flash full flash from support but now wont power on just flash keypad, but will go into boot mode with *# power pressed, I need a full backup of this handset as the one in support doesn't work I have seen posts from others who have reflashed with back up from an identical handset then restored the original security area and handset alive again, I just desperately need the back up flash file for this

Well like i posted above it has a very similar patched firmware like on the c975 91... version.

Try to flash the fone using upper version or the same.

That version can be unlocked with the latest version of SmartMoto (with use of Smart-Clip and S-Card), which has a "firmware version check" process implemented.
While connecting the handset to SmartMoto and trying to unlock, if the software does not alert you: "In case of downgrading the firmware version the handset might not turn ON", then flash it with the lower full_flash version and perform "Unlock via TestPoint".

i did same ,I unlocked an E1070 via testpoint, ubl says unlocked ok but phone still asking for subsidy password ????
i pressed repair bt
and i get terminal blocked

Anyone know whats wrong ?
