Help me to revive Motorola E378i - GSM-Forum

Hi
customer bring me Motorola E378i dead when i try to unlock it boot 8.26
i downgrade phone to boot 8.24 now i have thhis log:

Reading phone boot version... 0.FF
Reading flash id... ST - M30L0R8000B0
Phone group: A630,E1,E37x,E39x,E55x,L6,U6,V3,V190,V330,V53x,V54 x,V55x,V62x,V635,V80

@ nzeiga,

Flash memory chip is not read properly. There are two main reasons for that:
1. The flash memory chip is damaged or doesn't communicate with the processor. In this case the phone needs hardware repair.
Connection between the chip and the PCB may be improved by the hot air.
2. Testpoint procedure was not performed properly -- just to make sure please, repeat the tp procedure.
