Hi, i formated my computer and when i tryed to unlock a motorola smartmoto asked me for license so i clicked "open with browser" and filled all fields with necessary data. But i receive this answer after few secs. :"Error saving data. Your clip was already registered.
Please contact our SmartMoto Licensing Dept."
Help i can`t use smartmoto. What to do?

Please write a letter to smartmoto_license[at]smart-clip.com
In letter please specify your serial number and all user names that you have used.
